Through his company Sky Catering top chef Torsten Goetz, popular from numerous TV shows (e.g. “Galileo”, „Off to the Kitchen“, “Kitchen Case”, „Fight of the cooks“ and „Rübis+Stübis“) since 2009 indulges a demanding clientele during their private flights with outstanding fine dining. We are happy to announce that Premium Jet will be offering his creations on selected flights effective immediately.
Over the years he refined his culinary style in 5-star-top establishments such as the Ritz Carlton Hotels in Hongkong and Singapore, the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo, The Dusit Thani in Bangkok, The Dharmawangsa in Jakarta , the Al Bustan in Muscat and at last as Executive Chef des Cuisines at the Victoria Grand Hotel & Spa in Interlaken and the Park Hotel in Vitznau, rewarded with Gault-Millau points and Michelin stars. During all this time he was invited several times by the Six Sense Resorts in Thailand and Vietnam for food promotions and consulting.
Coach Othmar Hitzfeld entrusted Torsten with the catering for the Swiss national football teams A and U21.
Since 2012 Torsten wows his guests as event-, show- and private chef in his „KULINARISCHE GENUSS-WERKSTATT“ in Unterseen/BE as well as his studio „TG BEkocht“ at the SAGAG Center in Berne.
